Items We Collect

When you visit our website we gather statistical information about your visit. Please note that we can not identify you personally. Instead you are seen as a number in our system that we can analyze. We do this so we can improve our website with products and information that best suits your needs.

When a purchase is made we store your information in our database simply for tracking. There is no need to worry we do not store any credit card numbers in a system that is connected to the internet for security reasons. The information we receive from your order is used occasionally to contact you about warranties and orders.

Please note that when it is necessary customer information will be shared to a third party for credit card authorization or any need to complete the order.

Should a product be listed at an incorrect price or the description of the product displays wrong information as the result of typographical errors or errors in pricing or other incorrect information from our manufacturers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of these orders listed at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of these orders with incorrect pricing even if your credit card has already been charged. In the event that the order was confirmed and your credit card charged, we will immediately issue a credit in the exact amount of the charge to your credit card.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it subject to the conditions as outlined in our Return Policy.
Bedroom Buy Direct makes every effort to accurately display colors of products appearing on our websites. However, because the colors you see directly depend on your monitor settings, Bedroom Buy Direct cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the colors of items on our websites.
